I build the cloud infrastructure — and the autonomous agents that run on top of it.

Owns the architecture and operation of Soar's autonomous-AI platform — a 17-agent production fleet on GKE Autopilot — and the cloud it runs on, for a SAMA-regulated fintech. Built the shared Python agent SDK (multi-model routing, per-call cost tracking, MCP, eval-gated deploys) and the org's RAG brain: ~25.8K indexed items over a Qdrant vector store plus a 114K-node Neo4j knowledge graph. Led Soar Build, an AI-native Jira replacement with a spec-to-PR pipeline — ~4,000 tickets migrated, 46,600+ LLM calls governed at ~$0.17/task.

Pivoted from platform / DevOps leadership into applied AI — shipped Soar's first production agents. Built an autonomous QA agent (3×/day, auto-filing Jira bugs) and a bug-fix agent that opens GitHub PRs, with multi-model orchestration benchmarked across Kimi K2.5, MiniMax M2.5, Gemini 3 Pro and Claude Opus. Secured GCP pipelines with Docker sandbox isolation and IAP tunneling; grew Gherkin/BDD coverage 0% → 39%.

Led the cloud platform and regulatory foundation the AI platform was later built on. Took a 6-person team through a SAMA audit to 100% compliance; architected an Alibaba Cloud migration (latency −35%, 99.95% availability) and a Kubernetes migration of 13+ microservices. Migrated 18 CI/CD pipelines to GitLab on GKE (−45% deploy time) and built observability over 200K+ logs/day — cutting MTTR from 2.5h to 20m.

Owned the CI/CD & multi-cloud infrastructure for Perform Plus, a hybrid-work platform for PwC UK consulting teams. Provisioned GCP & AWS via Terraform with drift detection, and introduced runbooks + chaos drills that cut MTTR 45%.

Automated full-stack environments in seconds with Terraform + Ansible and ran GitLab CI for 20+ microservices. Built a Mediasoup WebRTC SFU for multi-party conferencing and a Node.js autoscaler micro-service for SpaceJat.

Built custom Odoo modules containerized with Docker Swarm, and maintained SAP Point-of-Sale by GK across retail clients — backend in J2EE/Spring/Hibernate, reducing defect rate 30%. Where the foundations were laid.
